Enfields letting team, and Rhys in particular, took on our property last year and within a very short time, managed to find us some great student tennants who are looking after our house very well. They provide a great service with professionalism and good communication, much appreciated by us as landlords. They are always proactive and update me on developments in tenancy regulation changes, making the whole process as smooth as possible. I can highly recommend Rhys, Jonathan and his team for their quick, efficient and friendly service. A huge thanks to Kate and her team for being enormously helpful with the transition for one group of students to another in our rental property. She has worked very efficiently with tenant issues, always responding positively and promptly to any enquiries and going the extra mile to make everything possible.

Completed on the sale of my flat last week. I want to say a big thank you to the whole team at Enfields who were very supportive in helping me get the sale. The team were great at communicating with me and are willing to help and answering my many questions. They made the process seem effortless and were willing to go the extra mile! A few years back we bought a property from Enfields. Because of the excellent experience at the time, we decided to go back to them when the time came to sell the our property. The whole process from start to finish was easier than a walk in the park. It started with Jonathon coming round to discuss what we wanted and how we can start with the sale. The conversation was very relaxed and very informative. There was no pressure and we were always in control. The feeling was as if you had your best friend round for coffee and asked him for a favour. After that, their senior negotiator Charlotte took over to book and do the viewing. Once again an excellent person with great negotiation skills. As with Jonathan, she went the extra mile to get the right price. I won't want to play poker against her, I will be walking home broke. Once a buyer has been found and agreed on the sale price, Nicole has been on the ball constantly. There have been constant updates and she chased everyone all the time. I felt looked after and in good hands all the time. A sale can be a stressful process but not with this team doing the work for you. I feel there is a chemistry withing the whole team that makes them work great together to provide their customers with an excellent and one of a kind experience. When the time comes to buy a property again, I would definitely go back to them and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Especial thanks to Charlotte, who tried so hard and phoned me regularly to keep me up to date. She was, or is , relentlessly positive. In fact you all give that air of positivity to your customers. Will has been unfailingly cheerful and did a great job. Freya, has been a tonic, and has done things to help, phoning solicitors and keeping things moving, all of which have been a massive help. I think of her as 'friendly Freya', always sounds as though she is smiling! Again her regular calls were much appreciated. So thank you everyone. I'm really impressed with your teamwork and efficiency. We bought and sold the house with you and if we ever need an estate agent in this area we will be back.

I approached Enfields several years ago, with a view to selling my property & Bethany was very helpful in discussing this with me. However, there were problems with buying the type of property that I wanted, so I asked her to leave things at that time. I said that I would contact them again when I wished to go ahead & I was very pleased that they did not hassle me at all in the intervening time! When I was ready to put my property on the market, last year, the company organised everything for me & it sold in 2 months.

Michael has been prompt in replying to my emails and sending contractors when needed - he is always polite and willing to help. In the first few weeks of the tenancy it was more difficult to have issues resolved however this is likely due to high demand at the beginning of the academic year with all students moving in however recently any issues have been solved within a few days and we are happy with the service.

If you are a student, I do not recommend renting through this company!!!! I spent my final year at university living with a rat infestation and sleeping under black mould. Upon moving in, our thermostat was broken which meant that we spent many mornings waking up to ice on the windowsill and damp beds. Everything was going mouldy. When I first reported the mould, I was told that the whole ceiling would be replaced, I was then later told that it wasn’t mould ( even though the man they sent out to check, told me it was mould). Above the polystyrene tiles in our bedrooms, was a ceiling covered in black mould, it was cold and wet too touch and there was minimal insulation. I developed a cough during my time living here which quickly improved when I moved back to my parents house. We had pest control visit numerous times for the rats, they told us that there was holes on the outside of the property allowing access for rodents. Nobody repaired these, even though we were told that they had, we continuously got the blame for everything. There was serious fire safety Issues throughout the building too which the council had to intervene with to get complete. Quite frankly, the last year was the worst and I wouldn’t wish anyone to have to live in these circumstances. This company makes excuse after excuse and does not care about the conditions their tenants are living in.

I have known Enfields Bournemouth and worked with them as electrical contractor for five months. I have dealt with Lisa, Michael and Sam, they are very professional and kind, it is always a pleasure to work with them. I must say all properties where I ran electrical inspections and pat testing are well maintained. Where a fault or non-conformity was found, remedial actions and improvements have been promptly arranged with Enfields and subsequently undertaken.
