GoogleI'm writing this review as I've been absolutely thrilled with the fantastic service I've had from Enfields estate agents. Bethany was pivotal in providing advice and arranging quotes prior to my flat sale. During the sale Rachel Clark could not have been more helpful and informative. I could always get in touch with her and she kept me abreast of where we were. Nothing was too much trouble. I feel lucky to have had their help - very pleased customer! :-)

GoogleMe and my friends have been looking for a student house recently and Amy Canham has been amazing, helped us the whole way through, finding us so many houses that were just what we were looking for, and was in constant contact with us, and we’ve managed to secure a property for next year. Lovely agent and cant recommend enough. Jonathon was also a great help. If you’re looking for student houses I definitely suggest going with EnfieldsPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI cannot fault the professionalism and enthusiasm of Greg, Ethan and Jess at Enfields. From start to finish in our house sale they were friendly, responsive, solution-focused and most importantly empathetic in their communications with us. Their literacy of technological tools when putting our house on the market was impressive to say the least. As a result of their hard work and know-how, our house was sold the week it went on sale. GoogleEnfields were by far the best agent we dealt with throughout the process of trying to sell our flat. They always kept us well informed of all ongoing's and provided honest and detailed feedback after every viewing. They often went beyond our expectations which took so much of the stress out of the selling process. Would highly recommend using Enfields!

Google"Absolutely terrible experience with Enfields. The flat was advertised as a 2-bed, but it turned out to be only 1 bed, apparently the part of the kitchen with a carpet and no wall is a bedroom. There were large cracks in the walls that were never fixed despite complaints of them getting worse. The landlord was utterly unresponsive, leaving us stranded when our oven broke down twice. It took over 3 weeks each time to get a replacement, and only after we had to threaten to withhold rent did they finally act. We told the landlord that we were thinking of moving before our tenancy ended and were happy to carry on paying rent, of which they replied that they may be able to let us end the tenancy early as they have people interested in the flat to move in sooner. When they requested to get keys off us to view that flat with possible new tenants they never showed up to receive keys and nobody viewed the flat, keeping us unsure about our tenancy. To top it off, despite handing in our keys early, we were promised an early return of our deposit but ended up waiting over 5 weeks, having to chase Enfields constantly as they failed to get any response from the landlord.

GoogleIt's really nice to know that there are plenty of great family run lettings agents in Bournemouth. After transferring my property across to Enfields, the follow up from all parts of the team has been first class. Never once have I had to do any chasing, it's been prompt, professional service all the way. I should also point out that I live overseas and everything has been done remotely, this has given me a huge amount of confidence. Thank you Bethany!

GoogleI have been very impressed with Enfields, both as a landlord, using their service to manage a student let property, and more recently, acting as agents for the sale of the property. They are very good communicators - Jessica Butler, in particular, has kept me very well informed during the sale process and she chased up solicitors and other parties to keep things moving as swiftly as possible. Lisa Smith was a brilliant lettings agent, always acting promptly and flexibly to solve issues with the running of the property and giving great advice. Thanks very much!

GoogleI cannot recommend Enfield's enough. I had a bad experience with another well known and established Bournemouth based estate agent and struggled to get any viewings and offers for 12 weeks. Once I enlisted the services of Greg and the team, we were sold in the first weekend. If I ever need any services again, they would be the first ones I contacted and I would recommend them to anyone. What was particularly pleasing was that when I was listed with the other agent originally, Enfield's were the only ones checking in every week to help us with the search for buying. And when they realised we were not having a great time selling, they were not pushy about switching to them, instead they were offering me advise how to get the best out of my other agent. This gave me the confidence after 12 weeks to give them and try and when I did switch over to Enfield's, the communication's continued on a daily and weekly basis and I felt like we were getting a very personal and premium service. The key is to have good people which they do, I met 3 of the guys and they were all honest and down to earth, not pushy, no bs, helpful and honest. 5 stars

GoogleFirst, we met Greg for viewing our property, he is an expert and very experienced at his roll, he explained every detail about the property, and we can honestly say he is very proffesional and one of the best in the UK. Thereafter Jessica took control of our case, we had her every support and advice throughout the purchase process which indeed was very helpful leading towards completion, she managed the whole process to meet in the quickest time frame possible.
