GoogleA completely miserable experience from start to end. My flat sold very fast but 2 days into our sale the woman in charge of conveyance walked out of her post, leaving me with a solicitor that they recommended and no one to pass information from buyer lenders or to answer questions etc. To cut a long nightmare short I was selling not in a chain to a 1st time buyer. 6 months of jumping through hoops for the buyers el cheapo cowboy lender, (Platform), the lender agrees to lend, we get to exchange of contracts and the buyers pull out!! With no conveyance in place and a recommend solicitor that does not want to work with Enfield's we are left with nothing and back to square one. This really is below Purple bricks service for a hell of a lot of money, with no conveyance and no care or diplomacy. Arrogant with a complete lack of content, please don't be pulled in by the lies and promises. All I can hope is that if you are reading this please save yourself the risk of selling with this un-professional joke of an agent.

GoogleKate at Enfields has been amazing through every step of renting my house. Such a fun bubbly personality which I loved because I was very nervous about renting my first house and also a really nice and genuine person, would 100% recommend to anyone out there :)

GoogleWould not recommend if you are looking to rent a property from Enfields Bournemouth. They magically make up costs at the end of the tenancy along with the landlord and are very poor at responding to emails. Now taken over 2 months to try and get our deposit back from a property we rented from them, whilst they have chucked imaginary costs at us whilst not responding to emails for weeks at a time.

GoogleI have had a brilliant experience with Enfields, starting with the salesman that showed us around the potential houses to rent out, we gave a brief and they found houses suitable. Since then, we have moved into a property admittedly we have had a few problems in the property that we voiced to the team at Enfields where they have worked efficiently and quickly to get the problem fixed. I would recommend Enfields to all Bournemouth Students and will definitely be using their services again in the near future.

GoogleI have purchased two (and hopefully soon to be 3) properties through Enfields, they have also sourced excellent tenants for these properties. I find them to be efficient, professional and extremely personable. I couldn't and wouldn't identify one specific person because I believe I have excellent working relationships with all that I have liaised with. Rhys, Bethany, Jonathon, Jo, Georgina and Hanna are all excellent in their relevant fields and look forward to a continued working relationship with them. Keep up the excellent work!

GoogleI have recently instructed Enfields for a 'find only' service for a property that I let. I was very happy with their service. They are responsive and professional. They found a varied sellection of tenants applying very quickly. I spoke to a number of the team members of the few days that the property was marketed and they all seemed to be informed about my property. Excellent service.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe have moved house too often recently and dealt with a range of letting agents. I have to say that the service that we have received from Enfields and Kate Noble in particular has been outstanding and far superior to other agents. Highly recommended!

GoogleI have purchased two rental properties which Enfields have tenanted. They have always kept me informed & updated...... even when a tenant let me down the day before they were due to move in Rhys found an alternative, and prospectively longer term tenant within 48 hours.

GoogleI have been in contact with many estate agents, (most lack any form of honesty, and are commission hunting ) Though my experience with Charlotte at Enfields has been great, quick replies on email. Viewing she has all the information you would want to know written down, and has only sent me properties that meet my requirements. If I do end up going through Enfields I will update my review with how the process went.
