GoogleEnfields have managed my rental property for well over 15 years and always been professional in every aspect. They have now handled the sale and always kept me informed of what was happening (particular Jessica). I would recommend them for both Lettings and Sales.

GoogleBeen with them for 2 years and it was the worst experience of housing I've witnessed. Completely unprofessional & barely any communication between us as the tenants and the company. We had to force them to fix our house else we would get in contact with the law as they were leaving us in very terrible housing circumstances with our shower not working for weeks and the heating broken during the winter. Avoid at all costs if you're in Bournemouth

GoogleI was a student tenant with Enfields letting agents. We had received a deposit deduction that we disagreed with. After informing Enfields of this and more specifically Michael Davies, the agent responsible for our tenancy, they were more than happy to reasonably discuss these issues with us and come to a fairer resolution! Thanks!

GoogleThis is the second time I have sold a property with Enfield's. On both occasions they have been extremely professional and highly motivated. I feel the current Covid situation hasn't had any impact on the sale of my property , I believe this is all down to the fact that Enfield's have a strong focus on achieving goals and are more motivated than most agents. I was kept informed throughout the sell of my property via various means ( WhatsApp / Phone / Email. ) . I like the fact that they use social media to promote my house sale, in fact they did a video walk around which really helped draw attention to the sale, this generated lots of interest. I had several offers on the first day , this has now lead to the sale of my property. In conclusion : Highly motivated.. Professional ..Reliable.. Friendly agents.

GoogleAfter student accommodation and the hassle of dealing with student let’s, myself and my partner moved into our first property through Enfields and had a very good experience, with prompt replies, work done where needed and positive attitudes each time, even during quarantine. This was an amazing improvement over what we had experienced with other agencies in the area, and that is why I wanted to add this review to help others come to Enfields and avoid those agencies out there scamming and ripping off students and everyone else. 10/10 for EnfieldsPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe worse agents i have had to deal with i am 24 and i have never been treated with such child-like courtesy in my entire life. They took a long time to respond to broken issues with our house which included leaked showed , lights out , electrical faults in the house and the gutter falling almost strait into my window. I was advertised a full working house only to be dissapointed with so many broken things. The way they delt with my deposit was terrible as they charged us for mould which again the property i was advertised with had and this meant they took half my deposit. The neighbor threatened to call the police any time he could even though what he thought was loud was before 8 and just a couple of freinds in my garden. I have never been so threatened by a neighbor before who also said had keys to my house even though we were not told my estate agents who would waltz into my garden whenever he wanted. He also tried stealing my bikes at the end of the tenancy and he would park in our car parking spot so my parents struggled to park anytime they came over. Please do not rent 301 wallisdown road the landlord is terrible and just wants as much money as they can from students

They are scammers be careful As the landlord was threaten me And now I can’t even get my deposit back Coz they asked me to come to the office at 5:30pm and then we I arrived they were close. When I rang them after they said we sorry we close at 5:30 And they make me look like a lier SCAM PPL

GoogleIf I could rate less than 1 star I would, when you speak to Enfields directly they are very kind and helpful, however this is constantly overridden by false promises. They would never call back or would say “I’ll do that today” with nothing. I have rented from Enfields twice and both times have had an awful experience including walls covered in mould, rotten window frames, heating leak, conservatory leaks, electric shocks and so on which are reported on move in. The photo doesn’t even do it justice. These issues were either never resolved or resolved extremely slowly. This even resulted Enfields receiving a 21 day notice from the council. The deposit reductions were very high which were eventually reduced 3 months later due to the lack of official checkout report provided. These issues were always blamed on the landlord but if these are the landlords they continue to work with I HIGHLY recommend to avoid them. I would never rent from Enfields again.

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU'RE A STUDENT They carry out shady practices and scam students. Power tools were left out on the kitchen side, the house was left in a horrible state. Broken glass in the garden. Took them months to replace my bed as the bars underneath were broken.
