GoogleWe were shown around the property by Charlotte. She was friendly, professional and very helpful. She made arrangements for a second viewing and an extra viewing to take some measurements. Very good service. We also worked with Lucy. She kept us very well informed of the progress of our purchase and worked hard to keep things moving along. All in all a very competent, professional and friendly service from everyone we dealt with at Enfields.

GoogleI've been using Enfields since they merged with my previous letting agent. I'd been using the old company 10 years and was a bit apprehensive of the merger, as they had been historically so good. I needn't have worried. Bethany (my new letting manager) has put my mind at rest, and been an extreme help over the past year. She has sorted out any problem, and communication has been second to none. I'd highly recommend Enfields and all their staff. :-)

GoogleBethany Thomas took over (as agent) the management of my property in Poole in early 2021. She has been proactive in managing the tenants, and has handled some potentially difficult situations with care and sensitivity to obtain good outcomes. It is very reassuring to have her "in charge" of the property, and I have been most impressed with, and most grateful for her efforts as agent on my behalf. I have to say a special thanks to Heather since she became the property manager of the flat where I lived she managed to sort out some small problems very quickly. She answers all our queries in a short time, which is amazing.

GoogleI was first struck by Greg's professionalism and attention to detail. He carried out extensive research on properties similar to mine, which put him in the ideal place to engage in effective marketing. He was both positive and proactive. I then met Ethan who assisted in the open house sale and our property sold very quickly. Later in the sales process Jess provided regular updates and also chased our solicitors when they were unresponsive. This was extremely useful in maintaining the momentum of the sale as time passed. GoogleRented through Enfields for our final year at university, had to hassle them for basic repairs such as fences falling down multiple times and removal of a large pile of rubbish left in the garden. Further repairs were needed on the boiler and shower which was another round of waiting and hassling . No mower or shed was provided which left us students with no way of caring for the garden. When contacted about this, we were told to look in the nonexistent shed. After further contact, we were told that it’s on us and in the contract which we feel is just a cheeky way to keep the deposits each year. Neighbours have said that this is a reoccurring issue. Will not be renting through them again and don’t recommend for students.

GoogleBeen renting with Enfields for a year as a student, my property manager was Kate and she has been fantastic all year and dealt with any problems we had as soon as we brought them up. All the staff have been great, I have just been looking for a new property to rent and they have all been incredibly helpful and have found us an amazing property. Can’t thank Kate and everyone enough.

GoogleWe went to view a flat in Bournemouth yesterday and was very impressed with Enfields' Trainee Negotiator Hugo Creaney-Birch. He arrived spot on time and was professional, courteous and helpful. Whilst the flat had "issues" it was great being shown around by someone who obviously enjoys their job and is highly competent at doing it. We both felt he was a real ambassador for the company. Unfortunately though, our search for a flat continues...
