During my telephone call to arrange a viewing , she had full information on the property, was professional, friendly and polite. Samantha established my position in the housing market, and asked targeted question to ascertain my needs.
Upon viewing, Samantha was welcoming, professional and very sweet with my 2 year granddaughter. Samantha had all information regarding the property to hand and had sound advice to offer me regarding the property. Following my making an offer on a property, Samantha immediately followed up with a congratulatory email and a very clear email detailing what happens next and what actions each party must take. Most helpful.
Overall, Samantha took ownership of my property enquiry, viewing and offer in a manner which was highly professional and collaborative. She was attentive and communicated excellently with a great deal of with clarity.

Lloyd Helped us sell our house and has given us a very professional and knowledgeable service throughout.
We have had a few bumps in the road regarding solicitors along the way, but Lloyd has talked us through the problems and put our mind at rest when we were worried about things., and with his help we managed to get the exchange over the line, with this Friday 22nd Sept as a set completion day.

We've just completed with Charles Carr and can honestly say that I would use them again in a heartbeat. Shane sold us the house and kept is informed all the way through and got us over the asking price through his excellent negotiations!
What I love about Charles Carr is that they realise people who have the skill set to sell should be able to do just that and not be tied up with the admin at the back end. Therefore they allocated a post sales person to manage and chase up any queries to get you through the sale. Louise was amazing in following up and keeping us informed. It wasn't an easy process as there were issues in the chain. However, she chased and without her we probably wouldn't have ended up in this position. Well done to Charles Carr and louise and Shane in particular.

Louise and her team have been fantastic at every turn and we couldn't recommend her and all at Charles Carr any more highly. It's been fantastic to have a 'person' in the chain, and not just a jargon-filled robot at the solicitors or an understandably pushy seller. We both greatly appreciated the hard work they did for us, often going above and beyond regardless of where we were in the chain, particularly with the out-of-the-ordinary issues such as the solar panels.

Definitely made the right choice when I decided to go with Charles Carr (recently Carter Edwards) to sell my mother's property. When Lloyd Westall came to value the property it was clear that he had really good local knowledge and I felt confident that he had advised a good, but also a realistic price that could be achieved. Once I had accepted an offer it was literally only a week before the offer had been 'financially qualified' (I even know some jargon now!) and received the paperwork from the conveyancing solicitor to sign. Everything is progressing well and hopefully completion date is not far off. I have found Lloyd to be not only thoroughly professional, but also kind and really helpful in giving advice without being at all 'pushy'. Lloyd has always got back to me really quickly when I have contacted him which I have greatly appreciated. He also has a good sense of humour which helps...
