I decided to rent my flat out and Im glad I chose CJ Hole to oversee and manage the process. They are experienced and helpful, and work resolutely for you. The extensive upgrades were overseen to begin with by Jaimin Tankaria and then by Emily Krainc. Both Jaimin and Emily are very diligent and friendly, and with a great depth of knowledge on all things to do with property management. They got things done swiftly and efficiently. I would like to thank them both. And I would also like to thank Tim Pepper, Ben Chapman and Chloe Fletcher and everyone else who i spoke to for your help and advice in getting it set up. To sum up my experience with CJ Hole in three words: Proficient, Personable, Professional.

Particular thanks to Rowena Parker in sales progression. Its not easy at present with high levels of stress and solicitors difficult to get hold of. Rowena has been our "go between", always answered calls and e mails, helped us stay motivated, encouraged us with the process and supported us when things have been really tough at times. I was selling my mum's house following her death. CJ Hole gave me a realistic valuation and the property was under offer within days. When this buyer pulled out they managed to find another buyer within a few days without the need to re-advertise the property. Rowena Parker, my sales coordinator, was brilliant. As a result of the buyer having issues with lenders etc the sale turned in to a long drawn out process. Rowena kept things moving and was constantly updating me on progress as well as progressing the buyers and their legal team. Overall, I think the service I received from start to finish was professional and responsive. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We worked with CJ Hole in Bishopston to sell our flat in Montpelier. They were fantastic from the initial meeting to completion. After excellent photos, they organised a very successful set of viewings and sourced a number of excellent offers. We were handled by a key team and never felt like we were bounced from person to person. We really got a personal service. They also were competatively priced. When issues arose, they were always responsive and helpful. We were aiming to complete before the end of the Stamp Duty Holiday and the team at C J Hole worked very hard to ensure we met it. I can't reccommend them highly enough. If you're selling in Bristol, they're a great option to chose.

Very very stressful experience. First of all they recommended a Solicitor that the buyer was already dealing with, so a lot of time was wasted and documents sent and were lost so we had to change as "Conflict of Interest" Told us Buyer was not in a chain but her property was being bought by a Developer , it all had to be finalised before 30 June due to Stamp duty. This was back at the beginning of March . Also not told that Buyer was interested in a fitting being left so sold the item . Each time we were supposed to exchange contracts a myriad of excuses were given .It eventually turned out that what I was told was a proceedable ,chain free buyer was not the case. On the third time of trying to exchange was then told that someone down the line did not have the funds and had not received their Mortgage Offer. Dreadful lack of service and communication and now need to start again.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

If I could give zero stars, I would. AVOID AT ALL COST. CJ Hole is criminally incompetent and cost us thousands in legal fees. Their reputation precedes them! My partner and I rented a property from CJ Hole and our experience was horrific. We viewed the flat while works were still ongoing, promised that issues would be fixed. We entered the tenancy for £1250 PCM to find that the flat was still in a complete state of disrepair. CJ Hole made a pathetic effort to remedy the countless issues with the property and rebutted all of our claims. For 4-5 winter months (Nov-Mar), we were without heating, resulting in significant mould and damp. Our bed frame, mattress, and loads of priceless personal positions were completely ruined by this. The extractor hood above the cooker was poorly fitted and hit my partner on the head when it dethatched from the wall. Several other issues... CJ Hole was continually slow to reply and on occasion, outright refused to our urgent requests to have things fixed. Our property manager Marisha should be struck off for her lack of duty and care. 4-5 months of living in abhorrent conditions, personal positions destroyed - an absolute shambles that ended up in a legal dispute. Utterly disgusting.

We dealt with Chloe at CJ Hole when we were finding a place to rent in Bristol.
