The whole team at Bishopston office went the extra mile in the process of the sale of my house and purchase and also helping enormously with a problematic firm of conveyancers on my purchase, which was through another firm of Estate Agents. Goodness knows what it would have been like if they weren't on hand to help every step of the way. Any messages left were always passed on and not once did I have to chase for a response. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Many many thanks to each and every one.

I had a tenant leave a property mid contract and without notice and in a rather shabby & dirty state. Within a month Emma and her team had organised a complete redecoration and clean and had successfully advertised and let the property to a very suitable new tenant who paid a year up-front. Very joined-up team work. I was very relieved - and impressed!

Very professional and efficient team.

Andy and the team were very professional and straightforward to deal with when I needed to sell my father's house. I knew the house needed gutting and modernising after being my father's home for over 60 years. Andy suggested a realistic price, found three investors to make offers within a week and then negotiated the best offer for me to accept. He recommended an excellent firm of solicitors and the entire transaction was quick and efficient.Emma was a very reassuring contact when it became necessary to obtain probate during the transaction.

Rented with CJ Hole for 18 months and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. From mistakenly registering our council tax with our next door neighbours, to not keeping appointments, failing to complete repairs, no interest shown in the damp and mouldy conditions we were living in, to even getting our names wrong I have no good word to say about them during 18 months of having them as Lettings agents. Communication was poor and their standards for renters shocking. No care or attention for tenants, only for profit.

After a not so easy ride previously with another agency I was really worried about how it might go especially since i live abroad and was not able to come back to the property for the change over. As a professional couple looking to rent in Bristol, Chloe Fletcher was our point of contact at CJ Hole throughout.
