Having instructed CJ Hole to manage my property portfolio which consists of student and professional tenants ( mainly students ) almost one year ago I am so pleased with the service they have provided I felt I should post a review this will be the first review I have posted in my entire life Having previously owned an Estate Agency & Property Management Company I am obviously fully aware of the service I expect from a Managing Agent and I am happy to say C J Hole have exceeded my expectations My first point of contact was Gareth Murphy Senior Lettings Valuer Gareth immediately impressed me with his professionalism and knowledge of current market conditions all properties were let quickly and efficiently with me being kept informed every step of the way My designated Property Manager Shiz has proved to be extremely efficient diligent and competent when dealing with day to day maintenance problems etc which invariably arise I have no hesitation in recommending C J Hole to any other Landlords

I find him really friendly and personable, I enjoy the 'no-nonsense' talk, and he regularly provides helpful insight. Rented with CJ Hole for 18 months and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. From mistakenly registering our council tax with our next door neighbours, to not keeping appointments, failing to complete repairs, no interest shown in the damp and mouldy conditions we were living in, to even getting our names wrong I have no good word to say about them during 18 months of having them as Lettings agents. Communication was poor and their standards for renters shocking. No care or attention for tenants, only for profit.

Since we were buying a property in Bristol we didn't choose our Estate Agent, we chose the house. But as the purchase progressed we were very happy that C J Hole Bishopston were handling matters. They made us feel that they were working as much on our behalf as for the vendors. Steve handled the initial discussions with great diplomacy, and once the sale was agreed Emma took on the sometimes frustrating process of making it all happen. She is a great communicator and worked tirelessly to get us through to completion, always staying cheerful and always keeping us in the picture.

I was impressed by Andy Muskauer's friendly, knowledgeable and professional approach. It was a great relief that he did not use the usual estate agent lingo. He kept me up to speed with what was going on and answered calls promptly. On the odd occasion that he was away, his colleagues kept in touch.
