Great service from start to finish. We've just sold our property through CJ Hole Bishopston having previously purchased it through them, on both occasions they were great. On our recent sale, Alex had good knowledge of the market and generated significant interest and a sale price in excess of asking. Rowena supported us over the months towards completion, it was challenging at times for a variety of reasons but she held everything together and kept us fully informed.

Fantastic team at CJ Hole Bishopston. Andy was our first point of contact and he did an amazing job to get the price we wanted for our mum's house sale and not only that, he was extremely sympathetic to mum's needs . Emma was our dedicated sales progressor and she was brilliant in keeping us up to date and calm ! It was a long process due to difficulties further down the chain and beyond our control but she liased with everyone and brought the sale to conclusion. The entire team were friendly. Moving house can be a stressful time for most people and for us it has made all the difference to be dealing with someone who has been as helpful, friendly and efficient as our lettings negotiator Frankie has been. She has been always ready to answer any questions or concerns we have had and made the entire process run smoothly. I have found in the past that some estate agents can occasionally be a bit unfriendly or patronising but this was not the case at all for us this time. Now all set and ready to move into our new place! Cheers guys :)

We have just moved into our first rental property which was marketed with CJ Hole Bishopston & we are really pleased with the service received from the team. We viewed the property with Milli who was really helpful and friendly, she was able to answer any queries we had about the property and was even able to give us some information about the Landlord, which was really reassuring. Once we were accepted by the Landlord we dealt with Frankie & Emma who both made everything go so smoothly for us. They were always at the end of the phone if we needed them and they responded to e-mails really quickly. This was our first rental so neither of us had any references and we felt that the lettings team at CJ Hole really went above and beyond for us compared to other companies we dealt within the area. We would 100% recommend your services!

Milli and the team have been brilliantly helpful, in securing us the perfect rental property. Milli was able to give me all the information about the property and has been really helpful in making arrangements with the furniture, white goods, moving in dates etc. Everything has happened so quickly and efficiently with what feels like minimal effort. I am glad to say, on this occasion I have no resentment about paying the agency fees (as sometimes I do) as they service has been provided with gold stars!

After recently passing my Residential Letting and Property Management and Sale of Residential Property qualifications, I had a good idea of the procedures and service that should be provided. I am glad to say that the team went above and beyond and it was the best experience I have had at letting so far. Frankie Bath who I dealt with personally was so professional and had incredible interpersonal skills. Frankie really made the whole experience enjoyable, made sure that we understood and were happy with every part of the contract. The service which I received from Frankie was exceptional in every way, reducing levels of stress by keeping us well informed at all stages of the process. Having letting property before I know this is not always the case and I cannot recommend her highly enough. The team were always really helpful in answering questions and responded in an excellent time with updates and information.

Absolutely terrible experience with this agency. We have taken over the property from the previous tenants without inspection and we have been asked to sign an outdated inventory (by 8 months). The house was filthy and damaged but we still agreed as there was pressure of time. After one year we were asked if we wanted to renew and we accepted. Our response was ignored and only 4 months later we discovered that the renewal was not completed and we were on a monthly basis arrangement without our knowledge. When we confronted them, they cited our contract and refused to take any responsibility. We renewed the contract after a lot of delays and yet again we were asked to sign the same outdated inventory. At the end of our tenancy they told us that all 3 keys we handed back (the ones we were using up to the last day) were not working and that we would have to pay for the lock change without them providing any proof. We delivered the property in a better state than we got it but it has been 3 weeks and still they have not given us back our deposit. They claim that the property needed cleaning, even though it was handed in an immensely better shape than when we took over and supposedly the landlord is calculating the deductions, some of which seem to be for damages from the previous tenants. They have not returned my calls about the deposit. The stress and discomfort this agency has caused us is immeasurable. Avoid!!!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality

We bought our new build house through CJ Hole Bishopston. When it came to sell it seemed the sensible thing to use them as they knew the history of the development and the house. They were enthusiastic, helpful and hard working from the start and found a suitable buyer for us within a week. Our chain had quite a few delays but they kept us informed all the time. My experience with CJ hole I've been a landlord for about 15 years I was born in Bristol I have dealt with a lot of estate agents and letting company's In the last year I tried cj hole Bishopston for renting some flats that I have in Bristol because I had a lot of trouble with my last agent. I don't have much spare time for running around I found the company to be up to date with i.T which meant I could do everything in my time on my computer, i.e. sign papers which saved me a lot of time like driving through traffic if you know Bristol then you will know what I mean. All the team I came across were very polite, professional and very helpful, especially Sharon Hollyman the lettings manger and Izzy (Isabella) Caci Marla the Senior move In co-ordinator they helped me so much and made all my letting easy and smooth which is defiantly what you want as a landlord so I will defiantly have no problem using this company again for letting. I would recommend this agent if you want a hassle free experience.

Sharon's knowledge of the prevailing legislation relating to Lettings is comprehensive and impressive, and she clearly understands that the role of a good Lettings Agent involves actively marketing the property to prospective tenants, as opposed to playing the role of glorified key-holder. I fully expect to CJ Hole to let my property, and look forward to a long-term business relationship. 2015 - Received excellent service from Amy with regards to the purchase of a house. Both party's conveyancers involved in the buying/selling process were inept, and Amy's assistance ensured that the purchase of the property remained on track.

I have got nothing but praise for the team at CJ Hole Bishopston, especially the Sales Manager Andy Musker. I had previously had a very bad experience with CJ Hole at another branch so I was not at all pleased to find that the property I was determined to buy was being advertised solely by them. I found buying my first home extremely stressful but Andy constantly kept in touch to guide me through the process - at times it seemed it was not meant to be due to difficulties out of our hands, but Andy was determined to get me my dream home, going above and beyond the duties of his role. I couldn't be happier in my new home, and I will be eternally grateful for the help and support of Andy and his team.
