My experience with CJ hole I've been a landlord for about 15 years I was born in Bristol I have dealt with a lot of estate agents and letting company's In the last year I tried cj hole Bishopston for renting some flats that I have in Bristol because I had a lot of trouble with my last agent. I don't have much spare time for running around I found the company to be up to date with i.T which meant I could do everything in my time on my computer, i.e. sign papers which saved me a lot of time like driving through traffic if you know Bristol then you will know what I mean. All the team I came across were very polite, professional and very helpful, especially Sharon Hollyman the lettings manger and Izzy (Isabella) Caci Marla the Senior move In co-ordinator they helped me so much and made all my letting easy and smooth which is defiantly what you want as a landlord so I will defiantly have no problem using this company again for letting. I would recommend this agent if you want a hassle free experience.

My fiance and I have recently agreed a let with CJ Hole and have dealt with Charlotte Catley, who throughout the whole experience, has been friendly, helpful and incredibly personable. We're not ones to make off the cuff decisions, but the quality of Charlotte's customer service was definitely a factor in us choosing to rent the property without reservation and only having seen one other property in our whole search. We recently bought a house through CJ Hole, and they were total stars. Whilst the sale of our property was pretty painful, buying through CJ Hole was extremely smooth. We mainly dealt with Matt (our estate agent) who was extremely helpful during the run up to our offer being accepted, and Alex, the sales progressor. Alex was exceptional throughout, chasing all relevant parties when needed and kept us informed daily of any progress and issues that were encountered, and actively sought to resolve them as soon as possible. I’m a landlord and have been with CJ Hole for approx 18 months now. They’re my third agency and I changed to them after 'suffering' for several years with two other local agencies. I decided to pay the small % increase in fees in the hope that I might see a more professional approach and that I could trust them in all key aspects of property management. The bottom line is that they’ve been great and I wish I’d gone with them right from the very start. Over the last year I’ve had some technically complex issues that had to be sorted (contract and boundary issues), a substantial insurance claims to deal with and some major building works to be managed, and CJ Hole have been superb throughout it all. I’d recommend them unequivocally, especially Kat Hanley who’s been my major point of contact.

I recently went through the process of renting a property through CJ Hole and I would say that the whole experience was particularly stress-free and easy! I was shown the property by Emily Baker who was very knowledgeable about all aspects of renting, from council tax rates to enjoyable places to visit in the area. Very friendly service, very helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole process so simple. Izzy was always on hand to help with the final contract details and Sam as always a friendly face in the store. They accepted our deposit, had us sign a contract stating if they changed their mind through no fault of ours before the move in date, the deposit would be returned. They then changed their mind and attempted to keep our deposit. After a firm dispute, they agreed to return it as a 'good will gesture'. They then took 2+ weeks to return it, after several follow up calls and emails. Just what you need when you're moving house. What a joke.

My daughter and her Uni friends have a rat infestation in their house. They are in the lounge, hall and kitchen. CJ Hole are not helping at all !! No mention of anyone helping them with the holes , getting rid of the rats let alone dissecting the house !! Has clearly been a problem before !! The money they charge from student and they can’t help them. Guess what …. Just tried to call them and surprise surprise no answer !!
