I want to thank W&D (Benfleet) and in particular, the wonderful Lynn. We’ve had a very difficult 6 months trying to purchase a property due to the chain falling through numerous times and problems with solicitors. We were on a tight deadline with our mortgage offer very expiring soon and if it hadn’t been for all her hard work we definitely wouldn’t have exchanged in time for completion before this deadline. She was emotionally invested in our journey to completion and I could genuinely feel how much she cared for us. Thank you Lynn and to all the Williams and Donovan team. Lloyd at Williams and Donovan (Benfleet) was supportive and informative from the moment he came to value our property. Photographs were taken immediately, house particulars were drawn up within a day or 2, energy reports were arranged and a buyer was found within days of putting our house on the market. From then on most of my dealings were with Lynn at the Benfleet office, and this lady certainly knows what she is doing. She knew our 'chain' thoroughly, and did not hesitate to chase people up left right and centre to keep things on track and moving along swiftly. Her professionalism kept me sane and I simply can not thank her enough. I have already recommended Williams and Donovan to a colleague, and I would not hesitate to recommend them in the future too.

When going through the stage of making offers on a property, Mark was in no way pushy and was advising me on the vendors interests and kept excellent communication. The process of purchasing and completion was handled by Lynn, who was a refreshing voice to hear when trying to deal with my atrocious solicitors, and who ended up doing a lot of their leg work. Williams and Donovan went above and beyond for both myself and the vendor, and as I sit surrounded by cardboard boxes I can't think of anything they could have done better.

I truly cannot praise my overall experience with them any more highly- from the initial phone call to the goodbye card- the service has been highly diligent, caring, professional & transparent. After much research and deliberation, I followed my gut and chose W&D as the estate agents to sell my property. All of my interactions with the friendly staff was positive and courteous. I think I ended up speaking with everyone in the office at some point: all were kind, prompt, well-informed & sincere.
