GoogleI sold my house through Williams & Donovan in October 2015. What an amazing team of people. Great customer service, always returned my calls within minutes and were happy to also help with my search to buy a house. Evenings & weekend viewings were not an issue at all. I mainly spoke to Lynn, Lloyd and Jo who were all equally kind, efficient and caring. Fantastic service from a great team. I would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleWilliams & Donovan Benfleet were fantastic from marketing through to sale. Upon making an initial enquiry I had Darren around the house, we agreed to market and it was published within 24hrs. They were able to get us many appointments & we had a sale within 2 weeks. Cannot fault anything. The team there are fantastic and come thoroughly recommended if you're looking to buy/sell a home in the Benfleet area.

GoogleWe asked RightMove for a valuation and met with five local Estate Agents, all of whom visited and appraised our property. 4/5 gave valuations of a similar level the other was much lower. This showed the importance of getting a balanced view but can take up unnecessary time. We had four to choose from and it was not an easy decision - we went with W&D and would highly recommend them to you. Lloyd, knew his stuff and appreciated the extra things we had installed and how they would affect the valuation compared to other 3-Bed semis. W&D have a great reputation locally (read the reviews!) so were were happy to go with them. By all means have a couple of valuations, but W&D were spot on and confident they could sell our home quickly - 4 days after going online we accepted an asking price offer. The whole team are professional, they know their stuff and you get full value for your money. We couldn't be happier with the way the process went from start to finish. FacebookI chose W&D based on the reviews posted by their previous customers. I needed a local agent to market the empty and very sad house that belonged to my Father who passed away early Covid. To be fair, we all know that it is possible to falsely boost your online rating, but I am happy to say that from Day 1 the team at W&D lived up to their rating and beyond. Courteous, attentive, sensitive, prompt are some of the words I would use to describe their service and let's not forget that they have had to operate throughout the period of Covid thus making everyone's life more challenging.

FacebookI would highly recommend working with Williams and Donovan. I bought a bungalow early in the year and they kept in contact and chased my solicitors on a regular basis throughout the Covid lockdown. I was able to move as soon as the restrictions were lifted because they had made sure everything was in order during lockdown. Very easy to to contact and friendly from the first viewing to the moment we picked up the keys. We would happily sell and buy through them in future.

FacebookI would highly recommend Williams and Donovan. We just sold a house in Benfleet, with most of SSTC period being during the Lockdown period. All members of the team in the Benfleet office were friendly and always helpful whenever we contacted them throughout the process. Even the owner, Ian Williams called us several times during the Lockdown period to assure us things were moving along quietly and that all was well. Very reassuring given the concern about all businesses and the housing market in general during April and May due to Covid 19. Thank you to the entire team in making the entire process as easy as it could be.

Mark Toomey and Lloyd Brooks have both been very supportive , always available to talk things through and offer their professional advice. Mark in particular has gone above and beyond, which definitely helped keep us both sane when trying to complete the chain which became extremely stressful and time sensitive. Mark’s enthusiasm shines through, as does his love for the job. This was witnessed every time he showed potential buyers round the property. FacebookWe Sold our house with Benfleet branch, and ended up buying from them too! The guys were really good, from Lloyd seeing us originally and getting the house on the market, to Lynn being on it chasing up the chain (in particular one of the Solicitors). The house sold very quickly, and the fact they were sensible with the valuation certainly helped. Some EAs we had round were promising to get silly money for the house, desperate to get the sale (and in some cases the corresponding high cut they wanted) - but I didn't see the point if we ended up putting down the price again and again till it sold, something that's fairly obvious when you look at Rightmove. The main thing that I liked though - Was the office knew us and we could just pick up the phone and call them for any problems. Cheers guys, Dave and Kerry
