GoogleI've used Williams and Donovan on numerous occasions now for both sales and lettings. I have found that Lloyd's valuations are incredibly accurate and has given great knowledgable advice on how to maximise the value of my properties. They have constantly kept me updated on progress and work extremely hard to chase any outstanding matters. They have been a pleasure to deal with and come highly recommended!

GoogleTotally unprofessional. Arranged a viewing 5 days in advanced. Called on the way to the property to say we were not allowed to view property! Communication in office clearly needs addressing.
Good afternoon Louise I sincerely apologise that you are disappointed with our service. One of the directors Ian Williams or Colin Donovan will call you Tuesday after the bank holiday to apologise personally and will try and explain what happened once we have had a chance to speak to the team. Louise as discussed yesterday i have now had a chance to speak to my team and provided an explanation that we were adhering to our sellers instructions. I apologise you were called to cancel the viewing whilst enroute to the property. We pride ourselves on providing good service and will do our utmost to prove this going forward Ian Williams Director
