We were very pleased with the service that Oli provided and would definitely recommend -both when viewing a property and also gaining a valuation of our own. He arrived well prepared and with a great deal of background information which really helped us gain an understanding on the current valuation of our property. He took the time to properly evaluate each room and clearly explain why he placed the value where it was. On the viewing he was also very knowledgeable and I would be very happy leaving him in charge with selling my property to anyone considering using Morgan Brooke’s.

I spoke to Morgan Brookes following an enquiry I made. Myles called me regarding a property that wasn't an exact match to my requirements but the call stopped me in my tracks as he'd clearly understood what I was looking for and presented the property in a way to explain why it could be a potential match. I've dealt with a lot of estate agents recently who just send you literally anything that 'matches' your criteria in the hope of making a square peg fit a round hole but Myles had put some thought into presenting me a strong potential alternative in a market where my ideal property was limited and for that, I have to give them 5 stars!

Was a tenant through Morgan Brookes for a number of years (Something like 3+). Throughout my time as a tenant everyone at here has been highly efficient, professional and friendly. The areas I had most interaction with were: The lettings side of things, who are all very friendly and make the process of things quite easy. Both at the start and end of tenancy, there was no stress at all and they made the whole process a breeze. The property management side who are genuinely lovely people who are always willing to help out, which is always really appreciated on the rare occasion something does go awry. It brings a real peace of mind knowing that if something happens, there's a friendly, highly competent and quick to action person on the other end of the phone or email. I've since moved on into another property who aren't with Morgan Brookes, but should I be renting in the future or be fortunate enough to look to buy, Morgan Brookes will absolutely be my first port of call.

Great service during a difficult time

At every stage of our house move all the staff at Morgan Brookes were friendly, helpful, attentive and informative. We both sold our house and originally tried to buy one through Morgan Brookes, when the original house fell through (seller pulled out) they were quick to inform us and help us in any way they could. The house we did go on to buy was not actually sold via Morgan Brookes, but they updated us about this transaction more than the Estate Agent we were buying the house with. All this with covid restrictions in the background. A special thank you to Toni, it was always a pleasure to hear her voice at the end of the phone even when the news wasn't so great!

Morgan Brookes have been a pleasure to deal with, managing two complications on my sale, only possible with the great contacts Myles and his team have. Myles is such a great person to deal with and backed up my initial impression that I chose the best Estate Agent in the Benfleet and Canvey Island area.I have been working from Yorkshire during the entire pandemic and the Morgan Brookes team in particular Sophie has been great at providing personal touches and even checking on the house for me!!Toni is a great communicator dealing with the solicitors and made the legal part completely stress free.I couldn't recommend Morgan Brookes more, 5* service.
