We completed just last Friday and finally got off this emotional rollercoaster of buying and selling in the same time. After the previous purchase and sale both fell through last December (through no fault of our own!), we were feeling deflated and hesitant. However, Morgan Brookes helped us find our new home and even got us laughing along the way. Although we were the buyers, they treated us with genuine fairness and care, balancing the interests of both sides to this transaction. Communication was clear, the vibes were good, and the banter?
