If you could rate a company 12/10 it would apply to Morgan Brookes. After placing a property for sale with another company to no avail we went with Morgan Brookes, their attention to customer service was perfect, from advice on pricing to marketing was spot on. We were kept up to date with each viewing and you felt they really worked with you to sell the property. Following the sale they recommended legal companies to enable completion in a very short timescale. Many thanks to Myles, Ben and the team. Hands down the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. I popped in for general enquiries as was browsing for rental properties in the local area as I am currently looking for a new flat to rent. I dealt with Katie who was incredibly helpful, polite, knowledgable and just generally lovely to deal with. I will be arranging to view some lettings ASAP. They even let me charge my Electric Vehicle on their charge point as mine had run out of charge and I was stranded as there were no local charge points anywhere! They saved my day while dealing with my property enquiries! I cant recommend Morgan Brookes enough. Thank you Katie and all the guys there! You're the best! 🙂

I would just like to say if it wasn't for Yeliz O’Dell I don't think this sale would have ever gone through. Yeliz O’Dell went above and beyond and was always on the other end of the phone to help me. Yeliz O’Dell, did more work than my solicitor and Georgian through out the process, I can't express how grateful I am, she is a credit to your company. We choose and used Morgan Brookes for the sale of my mother’s family home of over 30 years in 2022 and again for our own property in 2023. It needed to be handled with care, professionalism and with some discretion. The house was extremely unique and we knew it was going to be a house that drummed up a lot of attention and we wanted to make sure it was only serious people that would come to view. We choose Myles and his company because of their ability to deliver all of these things in abundance and their understanding of this sale. The market is flooded with estate agents and with everything going on right move it can be easy to think it doesn’t matter who you choose but we knew this wasn’t the case. We needed expertise and someone who could guide us through the process from start to finish. We was helped with the price setting the negotiations and the emotional journey of the sale. They got the right people and the sale was not straight forward but they was able to make sure it did not derail. We would whole heartily recommend using them to anyone. After completing this sale we then went on to put our own house up for sale just 6 months later. It was no question that Myles and the team at Morgan Brooke’s would help with this and they did this so quickly for us as we had one property we were after and it was all very sudden. The trust and the relationship we had with them made the whole process so much easier. They pulled out all the stops to help us achieve our goals and couldn’t do enough to help us. The level of personal and professional service you get is amazing. Teamed with their knowledge and hard work it’s a winning company. We will use them in any future sales and purchases and thank them for everything. They was as invested in our new beginnings as we were and helped the goodbyes feel like an exciting new step and not a sad goodbye. I can't recommend this company highly enough. We were selling a house following a bereavement and every member of the team was always very considerate and sensitive over a stressful and difficult time. When having issues getting straight answers from solicitors (quelle surprise), Myles and the team went to bat for us every time and were quick to get any issues or confusions sorted. They facilitated extra visits, responded to calls and emails quickly and effectively, and were always friendly and straightforward to deal with. One day I became quite upset from the content of a particularly mean-spirited solicitor's letter, and within hours Myles had not only resolved the practical miscommunication but garnered us an apology too! This company will work their socks (etc) off for you; you won't regret a penny spent on their (actually very reasonable) fees!

I didn't get blacklisted!! Morgan Brookes contacted me straight away about this. They have some new staff which are still in training. They arranged a viewing straight away and have bent over backwards to restore my faith in estate agents. Things may not be perfect - but thanks for contacting me, listening and taking on board what us buyers have been experiencing for some time and how we feel about it. Re: It's fab to see sellers like the service from Morgan Brookes, but what about buyers? I have tried contacting Morgan Brookes several times about various properties with no success. If you are busy with work and can't make the open day they don't appear to care. There is a lovely flat on Boston Road at the moment that I would like to see, but I'm in Spain on the open day and Morgan Brookes don't appear to want to ty to organise another time as they are just focused on their open day. They don't appear to be that interested when you say you have a large cash deposit and no chain. I find this quite surprising with the cost of living crisis and rising interest rates and when you see the time it is taking some sales to complete. 1 in 3 sales currently fall through. Not that this situation is just happening with Morgan Brookes. From a buyers perspective, if I was selling I'd list on Strike. Oops I've probably just been black listed by all estate agents. Do I care? No, they can't answer any questions you have about a property and haven't been helpful at all anyway.

Morgan Brookes rented a property out for us for 6 years after we were disheartened by another local estate agent that we originally used the first time round. Morgan Brookes took the property on and we've always used them to find us a tenant when needed. They have never failed in finding us new and good tenants. We also asked them to sell our family home, as well as our rental property during 2021 to enable us to move to Derbyshire to start a new life. Charlie valued the houses and took amazing photos of both properties. His professional, friendly and honest manner meant we warmed to him immediately and felt very confident that they would sell our properties for us. Once we accepted offers on the properties Toni was amazing at keeping us (and our solicitor) fully up-to-date. She never failed to keep us in the loop on a weekly basis and more regularly as and when needed. We will actually miss her weekly calls :) We would 100% recommend Morgan Brookes to anyone looking to sell or rent a house and a massive thank you to them for enabling us to chase our dream.

From start to finish Morgan and Brookes have been fantastic, offering honest useful advice from day 1 . Charlie in sales at Morgan and Brookes was incredible - he went above and beyond in everyway and is so friendly and helpful. Everyone at the office seemed helpful and lovely - we dealt with Sophie and Myles also who were equally great at what they do. Once our house was sold sales progression team takes over to work with your solicitor to ensure things progress - Toni & Fiona work extremely hard for there clients and really try to take some of the stress involved onto there own shoulders. They call you back when you've asked them to, understand how stressful and helpless you can feel during the whole process amd they take the time to explain what's happening. Overall a really positive experience - only constructive criticism is the telephone system - most other agencies have a 'press 1 for sales , 2 for sales progression' type system in place - which works well - Morgan and brookes don't have this in place however every member of staff who answers is eager to direct you accordingly anyway , it doesn't effect the service you receive - 5* - thank you Morgan and brookes from my first meeting with Charlie to my congratulations call from Toni 100% professional .
