Amazing at every level, the team at MB are exceptional. MB understand that the customers come first and this is obvious in all forms of communication, verbal or through the on-line tools. Recently I have been looking at selling my house and had a few agents value the property which turned into a headache, however Charlie from Morgan Brookes tailored such a personal package it took all the stress from moving away. He was professional through-out the whole process and constantly calling me with updates about positive viewings, they even helped me with the minor details such as organising a removal firm! He’s kept us up to date with the progress of the property and also he is very prompt when coming back to us which has made the process so easy going. What a fantastic team Miles & Nicole have at Morgan Brookes. From the moment they answer the phone you are greeted by a warm and friendly person. They have managed our rental property for the last 5 years and Laura and Lisa were incredibly helpful to us and our tenants whilst dealing with a water leak at our property. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We have now sold with them twice in the last 5 years, achieving over asking price within days of the properties going on the market. Toni is great, seeing the sale through to the end, keeping you up to date every week. We will have one more house to sell next year, which we will obviously use Morgan Brookes for, before we leave the area. I shall miss popping in for a chat and a cuppa…Miles, you need a branch in every county!

Myles is such a great person to deal with and backed up my initial impression that I chose the best Estate Agent in the Benfleet and Canvey Island area. We choose and used Morgan Brookes for the sale of my mother’s family home of over 30 years in 2022 and then for our own property in 2023. It needed to be handled with care, professionalism and with some discretion. The house was extremely unique and we knew it was going to be a house that drummed up a lot of attention and we wanted to make sure it was only serious people that would come to view. We choose Myles and his company because of their ability to deliver all of these things in abundance and their understanding of this sale. The market is flooded with estate agents and with everything going on right move it can be easy to think it doesn’t matter who you choose but we knew this wasn’t the case. We needed expertise and someone who could guide us through the process from start to finish. We was helped with the price setting the negotiations and the emotional journey of the sale. They got the right people and the sale was not straight forward but they was able to make sure it did not derail. We would whole heartily recommend using them to anyone. After completing this sale we then went on to put our own house up for sale just 6 months later. It was no question that Myles and the team at Morgan Brooke’s would help with this and they did this so quickly for us as we had one property we were after and it was all very sudden. The trust and the relationship we had with them made the whole process so much easier. They pulled out all the stops to help us achieve our goals and couldn’t do enough to help us. The level of personal and professional service you get is amazing. Teamed with their knowledge and hard work it’s a winning company. We will use them in any future sales and purchases and thank them for everything. They was as invested in our new beginnings as we were and helped the goodbyes feel like an exciting new step and not a sad goodbye.
