Thank you for taking the time to review Morgan Brookes. Morgan Brookes is a customer-focused business; it is our aim and intention to please all our clients and customers. We regret that you are unhappy with our service; we also feel it is necessary to explain the situation in an attempt to clear things up. This situation unfortunately was out of our hands, we were instructed via a third party to sell the property you were interested in. The third party was liaising between Morgan Brookes and their clients directly. In this case, there were multiple clients and an agreement to sell was not reached mutually easily, which is why it took the length of time it took. All that said we are regretful and understand your disappointment and whilst we cannot change the ultimate outcome we can offer to discuss with you arranging a personalised search free of charge to help you find an alternative property.
