Despite many hurdles in our sale - a buyer disappearing, slow responses from legal teams & uncooperative management companies to name a few - everyone at The Address went above and beyond at all stages offering sage advice, alternative options & invaluable help in getting the sale through to exchange. One small example of the many many assistances provided over the past months, the buyer noticed a leak from a tap many months after we vacated the property, Neil arranged for a contractor to gain access, provide a quote & replace the tap with only my approval required for the costs. Highly recommend to anyone looking to sell in the area!

You don't meet agents like Nikita very often! Throughout the duration of my tenancy she was a friendly reliable agent where nothing was ever a trouble and always available to answer your calls or queries when needed. If there was ever an issue in the property with neighbours or maintenance she would resolve it efficiently and respectfully to everyone involved. Often agents can get a bad rep looking to make a quick sale or not interested in their tenants once the money has been paid, but this was never the case with Nikita, she always went above and beyond. Would highly recommend these agents!

Absolutely fantastic estate agents. They have been faultless from start to finish, and I would reccomend them wholeheartedly to anyone. They earnt every penny of their fee, and if I could give them 7 stars I would. Red was extremely professional, I listed my property on the Tuesday and it was sold by Friday!
