We are very happy with our experience selling our house through The Address. The whole team were professional and friendly from start to finish. We appreciated the high quality marketing brochure and photos that were produced with Remzi & Debbie's personal involvement and oversight. We received constructive feedback on all viewings, and once we had accepted an offer, the follow through from Neil was superb. Neil followed up with progress on the whole chain to ensure positive progress, and kept us updated with regular emails, which we really appreciated as we live overseas and travel a lot. We would highly recommend The Address for anyone considering Selling a property.

We chose The Address over bigger and better known estate agents in the area as we loved their family run approach. And we couldn’t be happier that we did!!! Debbie and the team at The Address were brilliant, from start to finish, taking the stress out of the experience. Starting well with their awesome approach to property write up and photography, they really captured the best of our home! Through to the viewing process, always checking our availability first. Making sure to fit in viewings around our day to day work and family life balance. They were a very conscientious team. Special thanks to Neil who dealt with the sale so brilliantly, always polite and professional. He was transparent and patient when talking through things with a simplistic approach, cutting out any confusion with his constant communication. On occasions even chasing our purchase properties estate agents and giving our solicitors a friendly nudge to keep the process ticking over, he was constantly proactive and supportive thought out. You should stay away from this place, this is an unfair agent and always blames groundlessly and irresponsibly. They always find ways to hide and cheat dishonestly with real estate. They are only good at extorting money from us and making me have to take everything to court to settle. I swear this place is my terrible experience. when using this dealership and never coming back here.

This is an Estate Agent with a difference! I've dealt with a few estate agents in the past and they all have either been arrogant, won't give you the time of day because your situation doesn't suit them, or just damn right nasty to deal with. So when my wife arranged to see a property back in 2014 (when the market picked up and beginning to boom again) we were pleasantly surprised how easy it was to arrange. No questions regarding finance, position to buy, mortgage approved, which we got with other big name estate agents! We wanted to see the property and they arranged it! We ended up buying the property and it wasn't the smoothest of transactions but Neil was brilliant and had both parties interest at heart. We wanted to pull out at one point and they gave us no pressure about it and left it to us to make our minds up! The overall experience was brilliant and they made it less stressful than it could of been! My wife always said that if we sell we will go back to them. If we ever wanted to buy another property we will give them first chance to show us what they have! Excellent personal service and definitely recommend them to anyone. Hopefully I'll be dealing with them again in the very near future! Thank you Neil and Debbie!

I have been renting my property with Debbie and The Address for just over four years and during that time, I have had nothing but total support, guidance and resolution of any issues that have arisen. As an overseas landlord, it is totally reassuring to know that my property is being taken care of by a professional, efficient and reliable business. As one may imagine, occasional problems have arisen in my property over the last few years, but Debbie and her team have always had things dealt with, before they've had an opportunity to escalate. Highly recommended - I can't give enough stars for this estate agent. After being messed around by one of the well known high street agents I moved over to The Address and what a relief that was.
