We recently dealt with Linda at The Address when purchasing a property. Our sale took longer than planned, through no fault of The Address, and throughout the process Linda was regularly checking in to see how we were progressing and whether there was anything she could do to help. She was fantastic at acting as a go‑between when we were getting stuck between solicitors, and she helped move things along so we could complete on our preferred date. I would highly recommend The Address. Our experience as buyers was that they were with us every step of the way.

Linda and the team at The Address have been wonderful. It was a long process, as the house was in probate, but their constant efforts to make the sale run as smoothly as possible and their attention to detail was outstanding. The extra service you receive from a small bespoke company like this is amazing, you are kept in the loop at all times and are made to feel nothing is too much trouble, I can't recommend them more highly, thank you everyone :-)

I got a glowing referral from our next door neighbour who previously sold his house through the Address. The thought of a small family run agency really appealed to me so I had no hesitation in contacting the Address when our house came up for sale. I was immediately impressed by Debbie's warmth of character and of course knowledge of the market. Debbie and her team skilfully guided us through the end to end process with immediate assistance on any house renovations/updates that needed to be done before putting it on the market. In what I believe is currently a difficult and testing housing market, the team helped us to achieve a good selling price. We were kept updated through the whole process, and the team's patience shone through when we experienced some last minute hitches and delays. All in all an excellent and relatively seamless process, and I would have no hesitation in fully recommending the services of the Address.

We cannot thank the Address and all who work there for all their very professional help in selling our property. Nothing was to much trouble for them, no matter who you contacted. Always on top of all the details which came with selling our family home which had lived in for over 43 years. Even after we had moved they still let us know when post went to our old address and even on one occasion when I forgot to put our new address on a parcel Debbie kindly went to all the trouble of dropping it off to us. They went above and beyond and would highly recommend them. They certainly made our dream come true. We wish them nothing but the best for their future business. I am so pleased I choose The Address to sell the house, a family business and so professional. Debbie came to view the house, so very friendly and not the least pushy, I just knew she would make the whole process less stressful, she is always there to help with any questions and advice.
