I recently sold my home with the team at The Address, I found about about them after requesting a viewing. I was impressed right away with how direct and honest Remzi was at the viewing. It initially seemed like a tough choice; deciding which local agent to sell with, but after meeting Remzi and Debbie it was an easy choice and one I don’t regret. Their selling fees were reasonable and the honesty about local sale prices was appreciated. For me, the main selling point was the family business and the excellent communication from the outset. No matter who I spoke to on the phone they were all up to date with my viewing preferences and property for sale and had a range of properties to view. While this is expected from most agents, the level of good service couldn’t be faulted. The viewings were all managed well and the photographer used by the team was also excellent. As we moved closer to exchanging, the communication was what kept me sane in what is always a stressful time. The emails and calls were always clear, helpful and timely. In short, Remzi, Debbie, Neil and Gilda were brilliant and I can’t recommend them highly enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

From the initial viewing of what went on to be our first home, The Address stood head and shoulders above any other estate agents I have ever been in contact with. Red, who showed us around, had clearly taken the time to learn a lot about the property and had answers to our questions, as well as information about the local area. Then we dealt with Neil during the buying process, who, as we had terribly slow solicitors, I was in contact with almost daily throughout the almost 3 month period. Neil was incredibly helpful, providing guidance and tips, chasing up our solicitors when we were getting nowhere and being very understanding through some very frustrated venting calls. With how helpful and friendly everyone was at The Address, they will be our first choice when the time comes to sell in the future. Cannot fault the service, or the staff!

Debbie and the team at The Address recently sold our home. They presented the house very well and achieved an excellent price. They were all fantastic throughout a very fraught conveyancing process, due to a very difficult member of the chain and a rather over zealous agent on one of the properties. Neil deserves particular praise due to his efficiently and calmness under pressure! They are the least “estate agenty” estate agent I have ever dealt with, and this is a very good thing! I have a confession to make. I'm not a massive fan of Estate Agents as a rule. I like to think this reflects accurately on them rather than badly on me. But I may be wrong! But these guys are different. I don't need hyperbole, over familiarity and smoke and mirrors. I need integrity, reliability and competence. And that's what I go in spades. We'd been looking for a four bedroom home for our family of five in the Beckenham area for a while. And our interaction with The Address from our initial enquiry through to the exchange of contracts has been hugely enjoyable. They may be selling the house on behalf of the sellers, but they're not salesmen in the worst sense of that word. They took us seriously as potential buyers. They were respectful, reliable and relational. We trusted them. And it took so much of the anxiety out of the stressful process of buying a house in a period of great uncertainty. Right from the valuation to the completion the whole team at The Address have been amazing. At valuation they demonstrated great research on my property, the area and most importantly the market, something that other agents in the area didn't. I've just sold my house through The Address & the service has been fantastic from the initial valuation though to completion. I received feedback on every viewing so I knew what people were liking/disliking about the house & was able to make changes accordingly. After three weeks of marketing I received an offer £5k over the asking price, I truly felt like Remzi & Debbie were trying to get me the best price possible from the buyer rather than just rushing me into accepting the first offer that came in. The most valuable part of the sales process however was the progression of the conveyancing. The solicitors in the chain were, quite frankly, useless. Neil at The Address on the other hand was fantastic & worked tirelessly in chasing the agents, solicitors & mortgage brokers all the way down the chain. He kept everything together & I was given regular updates throughout. Overall it was a top-notch service that removed a lot of stress from the process through good communication from people who take their profession seriously.
