Dear Milda, when you viewed the property through us, you were made aware the our vendors had not found anywhere yet. You offered and your offer was accepted on the basis our was trying to find their next purchase. You were kept updated every step of the way. Unfortunately the properties they subsequently found were not chain free. We cannot and will not force our vendor to buy something that they are not happy with. It was your choice to wait, no pressure was put on you at anytime. When your husband called the office on Monday and was quite specific in that you were withdrawing from the sale as you had found somewhere else. He thanked us for our help and said he knew it was nothing to do with us and just unfortunate circumstances. He was offered the opportunity of a phone call should the chain complete which he rejected and said he had now found somewhere else. We wished him all the best with the purchase amicably. Over the course of the 7 months Neil has kept you up to date weekly sending a total of 38 emails to you along with many telephone calls. Your 5 negative reviews are false, slanderous and unnecessary. We have done everything we can that was in our hands. On this occasion the delay was out of our control. Neil followed company procedure to sent abortive sale letters to all parties which he sent you via email and wished you all the best with your new purchase.
