I hadn't heard too much about The Address prior to me putting my house on the market, but I thought it was worth a call as their rates were really good, so I arranged a meeting for them to value my house. What can I say!? We found our perfect first home with The Address. From the outset Red and Neil approached the transaction with care, tact and giving a rare human touch to what I was expecting to be a “cold” process. As buyers we didn’t feel slighted in any way in favour of the sellers; they just wanted to get the best for all and seemed genuinely invested. Always quick to respond on email, always there to take a call. On the rare occurrence they didn’t have the answer there and then it’d be sought out and resolved swiftly. When we first viewed the property we were pregnant with an expected due date of June ‘21. I’m not even sure if Red and Neil knew but our baby was born mid-February, extremely premature and we’ve spent the past months in a charity house with every spare hour on the neonatal intensive care unit emotional roller coaster!! I truly believe that without Neil and Red’s care and diligence around buying the house and doing some real legwork on our behalf to manage solicitors, vendors and surveyors we’d have been in meltdown.
