The Address managed the sale of our property in Beckenham, which we later discovered was not the most straightforward. They impressed us from the start with their non-stereotypical approach and one of the reasons we decided to appoint them as our agents. They were highly professional, friendly, honest and helpful. Throughout the bumps in our journey, they communicated promptly and put our minds at ease as much they could. Our chain collapsed a few times which meant we lost buyers (Covid lockdown coming into the mix too), but they were very efficient and within a matter of days would get us new buyers. The Address is not your 'average' Estate Agents and that is obviously why they have won the Best Estate Agent Guide Award 2020 because they are. Debbie, Neil, Remzi and Nikita are all charming, professional and work hard together as a team. My property sale was handled by Debbie and Neil and I cannot praise them enough. The most terrible experience in our life. Rented apartment through TheAddress that was advertised furnished, promised to be professionally cleaned and in good condition. On the day of moving in the flat was completely dirty, with lots of non-working bits, and unfurnished. After complaining to the agency, they rejected to solve any of the problems. And only after very long conversation started to deal with problems. During the first month they have not solved all of them. Even worse, we found a huge hole in the wall behind in-build kitchen furniture that is the source of mice in the flat. The agency still rejects to solve any issues and ask us to pay for every repair. Just a rip off, don't use their services.
