TrustpilotViewing with Meridith
My partner and I viewed a property with Meridith on a Saturday morning, she was polite and very welcoming. No question was a problem, she answered everything to her full ability and gave us plenty of time to view the property thoroughly. She kindly said she would keep us update with further information on the property, hopefully we get to work more closely with Meredith in the near future.

TrustpilotSafe & Informative House Viewing
Had a helpful, friendly, and professional experience with Meridith who showed us around a property in Bath after a prompt email exchange. She answered all our questions and was a pleasure to chat with.Pandemic restrictions were well considered and implemented, and a lot of respect shown to the property and its current tenants, which is always reassuring to see. All in all a 5 star experience - thank you!

TrustpilotPrompt, helpful service
We have found Martin & Co very good to deal with over the last few years. The person we have had most to do with has been Claire Edwards. She has always been most helpful. Whenever we have had a query she has responded really quickly and has been very efficient. She has such a nice manner and it has been a pleasure to do business with her.

GoogleI had no problems with this agency at all, in fact they were very helpful. I needed a place urgently, found the place and managed to schedule a viewing on the same day. No BS that they need to give 24h notice etc. I needed place quickly and credit check takes a while, we worked around that so they helped me a lot, also at the end of tenancy I got full deposit back.
