I enquired about a property for sale with Martin & Co and they responded promptly, and got us booked in for a viewing quickly and easily, even in these strange times! Meridith met us at the property and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of our questions (which as first time buyers were plentiful!). We are yet to put an offer in, but I am sure that if we do the team at Martin & Co would take care of us well.

We came across Martin and co by accidently when we were looking for a rental property that allowed pets. The agency was very helpful and found us a suitable property.Couple of years later, the landlord wanted to move into the property himself and wanted us out ASAP. The agency acted as a buffer between us and the landlord and protected our rights as tenants. The agency didn't ask us to move out until they found another suitable house on their books for us to move to.In all my dealings with Martin and co, I have always found the staff to be professional, courteous and friendly. They are happy to help however small the problem is and will do their best to find a solution.

GoogleUpon a request to move in with my partner the landlord denied the request (no problems we can live elsewhere). But did so with no reason given, knowing this could be a potential case of illigal discrimination, I asked for further explanation and have since been met with a stonewall from Martin and Co. Highly recommend using a more transparent lettings agency to rent with.

Martin & Co have acted as my apartment letting agent for about 15 years and I have received very good service. It is a small office with a professional staff whom I trust. They have found tenants for me and have arranged letting contracts with them. They work with a wide range of tradespeople and have quickly arranged repairs when needed. I have found it helpful to be able to discuss maintenance issues with them, and they have also advised and made good suggestions on refurbishment matters.They have regularly checked the property and particularly have arranged for the necessary safety checks on the gas, electricity and alarms. They have collected and passed on the rent in a timely way, and I have had no worries about the property. I highly recommend Martin & Co, and will come back to them if my property is ever to be re-let.
