If ever there have been any issues reported we have had a fast response informing us who will be calling to book in. The efficiency of the team is of the highest quality.

GoogleHelpful, accomodating, quick to respond and very clear on details. I've had 3 different estate agents whilst in Bath and Martin & Co are definitely the best. I definitely wasn't the easiest tenant to deal with and I'm grateful they sorted every issue quickly and favourably.

My last tenancy was through Martin & Co Bath, which lasted a year and a half. Always quick to respond to emails and any issues I had. Renewed my tenancy a couple of times which was effortless and received my deposit back within a week of ending my tenancy. Would definitely recommend them to anyone considering using them in the future.

I have always received superb service from the “team” at Martin’s . They were so dedicated they made an impromptu call on my property when it was empty and prevented what might have been a disastrous flood. They have found me excellent tenants who look after my property very well. From my experience I thoroughly recommend them.
