We've not let through Martin&Co before but have let through various other agents in Bath and Bebe was really helpful and honest with us from the start. We're in a tough situation with a time critical move and she's really helping us figure out what's realistic for us. Gaye has always been super-helpful and offered good advice, and on this most recent letting assigned Bebe onto the tenant find. On this let, it went in a new direction for everyone, and both Bebe and Gaye were really supportive and practical. Delighted with the service I’ve had.

Gaye was reassuringly professional (having visited several flats with other estate agents who worryingly seemed to know nothing about the properties they were presenting!). From the moment I contacted Charlotte I knew that she was the agent to sell my property. After my initial email enquiry she asked lots of questions about the house and had thoroughly researched the local market before arriving for a valuation. She was also the only agent out of six to arrive with an information pack for me. She was warm, friendly and enthusiastic about the house and I instantly knew that potential buyers would also get this level of service - I believe that people buy from people so I had complete confidence in her ability to sell.
Charlotte has worked hard on getting the brochure presentation 'just right' so that the features of the house are shown in their best light. As a seller this process has been seamless as all of my enquiries and comments have been responded to, efficiently, by email or call.
My property is almost ready to launch and I have no doubt that the work that Charlotte and the team have undertaken so far will give it the best possible chance of a speedy sale. Highly recommend based on my experience so far!
