In an industry where it is often quite easy to criticise, Martin & Co Bath have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Any problems were dealt with in an efficient way and on the rare occasions that I met anybody from the office, they were always polite and good humoured. Would be happy to be a tenant in a property managed by them again in the future

GooglePaid everything upfront and now can't even get an email back regarding the state the house was handed over to us in. Trash left in garden, wasn't made aware of the property's key meter systems, waited weeks for the inventory sent by email. Just appalling, worst experience with a letting agency ever. Edit: my name is Annabelle Ruse and unfortunately I am definitely one of your tenants.

I had to do the whole process remotely, and actually everything was made so easy - the 360 photos on the website, the video call viewing and all the paperwork could all be done remotely. No delays at all, everything was done so quickly, I am really impressed.
