Everything was done in a timely fashion and if there were any issues then they were quickly rectified. Information about the property and legalities were very comprehensive and thorough. GoogleWe rented 12a Cleveland Place West, BA15DG with Martin and Co. Following a severe roof leak that wasn’t fixed for 6 weeks, 2 ceilings fell through while my family and I were living there. We couldn’t get through to Martin and Co out of hours number either time. Despite no rent reduction the ceilings were not fixed for months and after having to involve environmental health, who served a notice on the property, we had to leave for our own safety. We haven’t been given our deposit back, without explanation and have had to involve lawyers to get this resolved. I couldn’t imagine a worse example of a property management company and strongly advise people to stay away from this property.
