GoogleUPDATE: The review stays, I've got the business right. It seems your employees are not enough honest about it. btw it was a woman on the phone. I wanted to make appointments for viewings but I've been turned down in a rude way. The person on the phone told me I'm not a serious buyer because I did not sell my flat yet, not having the cash in hand... therefore they are not showing me any properties. And to make it even nicer, she offered me their services to sell my flat... thanks but no thanks.
Is this Paul Matthews again? Could you please provide more information so I can research this? 01225 429999. It would have have been a director not an employee you spoke too and we know other agents have been saying this but we certainly haven't. I would like to find the phone call to evidence this - or have egg on my face!!!

Meredith was extremely welcoming and helpful when we visited the property.She pre-empted questions we might have and always had a useful answer. I was especially impressed that she gave us a few minutes at the end to walk round the property again without her as it gave us a chance to talk about it and get a really good idea of how we felt about it.

I found that Martin & Co went above and beyond the usual level of attention and help that I have got from other estate agents. Both Brian and Gaye were great communicators and I appreciated that they had thought to put a handout together to take away after viewing the property, and their follow up has been excellent. I recommend them!

Claire has a warm and approachable manner that really does work well. She is quick to reply on emails and ensures that matters are taken seriously when reported. From what I have observed and notes, I feel.the office would not run smoothly if Claire were not part of the team. She is a leader by trait and I know this because Im trained in Personality. :)
