As maintenance contractors it is important that we receive clear and concise instructions of the landlords requirements. This is always supplied and in a timely manner. There is not a lot else we can ask for. Would I recommend them? Absolutely.

TrustpilotPleasant viewing experience with Martin Co
We were looking for a 3- bedroom place to rent and they had one advertised on Rightmove which is really nice because apart from pictures, it also had a 3D virtual video of the flat. After seeing the video, we immediately scheduled for a viewing and Meridith was so accomodating. We had a very pleasant viewing earlier today and was safely toured inside the flat. Whatever questions we had were answered clearly as well.

Trustpilotthe letting agency wasn't very helpful
the letting agency wasn't very helpful. each issue raised was not taken seriously and I did not feel helped at all. we had heating issues in the rented place and martin and co didn't do anything about it. at some point, the place could not heat over 12 degrees even with the heating on max and they refused to beleive there was an issue. even booking a visit to the flat and never showing up.
