As someone who likes to move every few years, I have experienced my fair share of estate agents. Especially in the Bath area. I have to say working with Martin and Co was like a breath of fresh air. Their communication is great, they are an extremely friendly bunch of staff and provided little touches that set them apart from the rest. I honestly wouldn't use any other estate agent now. GoogleMartin & Co Bath manages the property we are letting since 2019. They have been very helpful the whole time. Maintenance issues have been addressed promptly. One issue that we are particularly happy with is pets. Martin & Co have been accommodating since the beginning of our tenancy (and thanks to the landlord), and when we were looking for a new place, they have provided a reference letter regarding our dog, which can make a difference in a lettings market that is still pretty much pets-averse.
