GoogleMy brother and I have just sold my late Mother's house using the services pf Andrews, Bear Flat office and, in particular, the excellent help of Emma. Andrews have been very much on the ball at every stage of the process, extrmely helpful and gave sound advice. To be honest we felt that Emma at Andrews was so knowledgeable and proactive we have asked the question why did we really need a solicitor?.
First class service from Emma and congratulations to them for their support in making what can potentially be a stressful activity.

GoogleSlow, unreliable, terrible communication and liars, it shouldn't have to take almost 2 months to get a deposit back after moving out, we left the place spotless and how we found it and somehow they respond with 'deductions will be made' but don't explain what they're deducting in the email... Oh wait sorry I think it was 'dust' Do they just spin a magic 8 ball and see what it ends up on the reply to the client with... Ofcourse there's going to be dust it been 2 MONTHS...and how have you not calculated this yet. Joke of a company

GoogleAfter finishing studying at university in Bath, me and my flatmate found it extremely difficult finding anywhere to rent within the area as places were disappearing off the market so quickly. We couldn't even secure any viewings for properties as they were usually fully booked up within an hour or so. We then approached Andrews for a viewing for a property and we are so glad we did. We were able to get a viewing at a property on very short notice luckily and the staff that booked it in for us were extremely polite and helpful. We're due to start a tenancy through them very soon and couldn't recommend them more! The estate agent that showed us the property and oversaw our entire tenancy process was James Fox. One of the most polite and pleasant individuals I've ever come across and by far the most helpful and informative estate agent I've met. He is a credit to Andrews and is the sole reason I'd recommend the company to anyone thinking of selling/letting out their property.
