GoogleAndrews provided a Probate valuation and advice for how to present the empty property for viewings. They managed and accompanied all the viewings and kept us informed of the offers received. They quickly contacted interested parties after the first buyer pulled out and negotiated a very satisfactory sale with another purchaser. The formalities were handled efficiently and we were kept well informed throughout the process.

GoogleI didn’t use this office but their mortgage advisor Allan meet me at a closer branch. Allan offered an excellent service taking all the stress of my first mortgage off me. He then years later advised, supported and found me an excellent new mortgage. Nothing is too much problem for Allan. Friendly, supportive and professional, very supportive I would highly recommend.

GoogleWithout doubt the least customer focussed lettings company I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs. Terrible issue resolution, terrible comms, no updates, and it took over a month to fix a leaking sky light (a pretty urgent problem). It’s been almost a month since I moved out and still no comms or updates about my deposits. Shameful service.
