GoogleBefore writing this I went and read the previous reviews. My, what a difference of opinion! Martin & Co are, in my experience, a five star company. Fast, efficient and courteous. I suspect that being a letting agent is a difficult balancing act; you have two distinct customers, the landlord and the tenant, whose views and needs may sometimes conflict. Martins walk that tight-rope with professional ease.

GoogleI would have rated them as okay but recent events have left me very unhappy with the service. The communication is poor and a very high turnover of staff causing regular mistakes. I will consider new letting agents when current tenants leave.
