GoogleI don't recommend Abbots Basildon ,we will never make the same mistake again. They never answer to out emails/phone call ,not helpful at all ,we are trying to acces the deposit and no one is helping us .

I would like to say that selling my house was easy, but it wasn't. The house sold within 24hrs . Fell through and then the Team, especially Trevor, got it straight back on the market, sold the next day and we completed within 7 weeks ! Thanks Trevor xRight from the beginning , from the sales team to the agents, we were looked after very well.Harry and James , now this pair , what can I say , they are fantastic ! They made all the paper work stuff very easy to navigate, cheeky with great smiles. Also very good at what they do. Very professional.I also had some nice conversations with Ramona and not forgetting Trevor, without Trevor I am sure things would not have progressed so easy.Great team and brilliant comms from them.So here is the not so nice bits, pricing was very high , but you get what you pay for. So we are happy.Thank you everyone for your hard work and constant updates, we would definitely use them again if and when we buy or sell.

A big thank you to all the team at Kenley BairstowEves. I purchased my property almost four years ago from the Kenley branch and this month sold it using the same team. Nothing was too much trouble for this professional team and Tenaha Taylor was amazing. Always so helpful with not only my sale but also with my onward purchase. My conveyancing was a complete nightmare but with the help of Tenaha I made it through and I can't thank her enough. Since Joe joined Bairstowe Eves Tamworth as the Lettings manager. The game has totally changed. Joe is professional, he gets the job done, he does exactly what he says he will do, he is efficient, fair, knowledgeable, polite and really knows the rental market. He is incredibly helpful, I feel my property is in safe hands, helping to match the right tenant who will take care of my lovely property in Tamworth. GoogleGreat communication, always there to help however they can. I bought my flat through Abbott's and now a few years on I am renting it with Abbott's managing it for me. Though all staff have been helpful, keeping me up to date and answering all my questions, Chris has been fantastic, guiding me through the lettings process and quickly finding tenants etc. making it an easy process. Highly recommended!

Just sold my flat with Scott Lewis at the Stratford Office. He kept me updated regularly by email and made sure the property was secure when empty and awaiting the sale to go through. Whole process start to finish took about 4 months which is pretty quick for that part of London.

The team at Bairstoweves in Billericay were absolutely brilliant , professional, thorough, followed through on delays involving solicitors, surveyors and all areas of our buying and selling , and kept us informed weekly !Both our buyers and ourselves had issues with the speed ( tardiness ) of our respective legal and financial people but Bairstoweves stepped in quickly and timely to bring our sale to a conclusion . L I sold a house and they over estimated the fees and tried to charge me 8 grand. They are dirty don’t touch them. They have very good lawyers as well that will play the game. Avoid this headache.

My son is 22 years old and was excited to rent his own property. That experience became a nightmare very quickly. However thankfully we met Joe Sharman at Bairstow Eaves Coventry City office. My son has looked at over 20 properties through different agents, filled in numerous amounts of paperwork, and 90% of the time has never had any response. Joe has gone over and above finally making our rental quest a positive experience. Joe was professional helpful, friendly and made the process of my son finely getting his rental property a success. We would like to thank Joe for all of his help and guidance. Would 100 per cent recommend.

GoogleI am sad to be writing a negative review as the lettings manager we dealt with when we rented the property was professional and very helpful. The property was managed by the landlord after that. However. when it came to the return of the security deposit at the end of the tenancy, we made enquiries when we had heard nothing 7 days after a very prompt agreement with the landlord. We were told that the deposit had been paid out that day. This was a lie. We finally received the deposit after 10 days, which is the maximum amount of time specified in the deposit scheme terms. This was clearly intended to maximise the interest they earned on the deposit. If you want your deposit back “without delay”, as specified in the deposit scheme terms, avoid this estate agent.

(Mansfield/Mansfield Woodhouse branch) Very bad at marketing, lengthy periods with no viewers. Twice Arranged viewings too far in advance meaning that potential buyers found another property in the intervening ten days or so. Only listed the property on one online platform when several others are available.

GoogleI'm a landlord and have been using Abbott's for the past 2 years. The team at Basildon have been outstanding--especially Sam, Peter and Chris-- who have helped us out immensely with a difficult tenant. We live in Spain and knowing the team there are looking after our interests means we can relax in the knowledge that our house is being looked after by a dedicated and professional team.
