When we decided to sell our house, we arranged for several agencies to provide us with sales advice, including the estate agency that works on a flat fee pricing model rather than the conventional commission model. We were immediately comfortable with the Banstead team (John Ralph and Tom Iddenden) due to their knowledge of the area, advice on marketing, and valuing the property.
