GoogleInitially we seemed to have a slow response to our questions on our sale, but we were in luck Sarah took over the reins and nothing was too much trouble her customer care was excellent, Sarah always responded to any query we had. I don’t know what she gets paid but deserves more, a true asset to The personal Agent.

GoogleImpressed with the whole experience I’ve had at The Personal Agent so far. And after speaking with Anna over the phone she held so much knowledge and professionalism, at the same time made sure I had a great understanding of everything. Made me feel very reassured in my decisions. All in all very glad such a lovely lady has been there to help me every step of the way!

GoogleExcellent service received from George Evans at The Personal Agent in our endeavours to find a new home. He actually took the time to find out appropriate matches and what we were about as people, as opposed to wasting time sending us homes that would be of no interest to us. Would recommend them definitely for those either thinking of selling, or buying.

GoogleArrived at the property in smithy lane with a very warm greeting from Sarah west. Charming and very spacious house. It is in need of quite a lot of improvement work but We liked it very much.
