I appreciated a personalised email the morning after our viewing to ask us if we wished to make an offer and if we had any questions, this is so refreshing as agents I have dealt with before don't even bother to reply to offer emails and leave you chasing things up all constantly. Google5 stars is simply not enough for the service we were provided by both Sammy and Sarah Both ladies went above and beyond. Searching for the 'right' home is by no means easy however the ladies helped us to feel calm and relaxed about the process. They were professional, and highly informative throughout. GoogleRecently bought through the Personal Agent in Banstead. All the staff were very professional but a special mention has to go to Tom with whom I had the most contact. He was very pragmatic, diligent and worked hard to get the sale completed. He kept me informed throughout the process and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Thanks again.

GoogleBooked a valuation a week ago, they cancelled half hour before the agreed time saying they don’t cover my area, why take the valuation, confirm, and cancelled on the day ?

Dear Flavio, I would like to apologise. We have tried to contact you since. Your property is outside of the areas that we cover, so the valuer thought it best to let you know, but I totally agree with you that the valuation should not have been booked in the first place, and you should not have been let down at the last minute. Again, our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

GoogleWe have recently decided to sell our property and having asked around our friends locally they had heard positive comments about the Personal Agent, so we thought we would give them a try and I have to say we were not disappointed. They gave us great advice and we have now instructed them to mange the sale.
