GoogleAs a buyer, I rather the assumed that The Personal Agent would be less than great (due to their fees being so much lower). Totally wrong. Absolutely as good if not better than the traditional agents. Credit to Sarah West [agent on site] and whoever took & arranged the viewing.

GoogleSarah West of the Banstead branch was very helpful in quickly arranging a viewing of a house. At that viewing, she was friendly and professional, answering all of my queries. I also didn’t feel rushed as enough time was allowed to view the house properly, something that a lot of other agents don’t do.

GoogleWe’ve had several viewings with Simon from the Personal agent, and trust me, having viewed about 15 properties now, he is by far the best! Easy to talk to, knowledgeable, on time, and doesn’t push anything too hard like some Estate agents do. Couldn’t recommend him higher!

GoogleVery easy to communicate with the staff, particularly Tom Iddenden. Multiple opportunities to see property and overall happy with the service provided.

GoogleSammy effectively managed the communication and messaging between ourselves and our buyers and more importantly the solicitors. She went above and beyond and made me feel like no question was a silly one - she is a real asset to the company!
