GoogleI’ve been dealing with Natasha for a few weeks now in regards to multiple properties. Polite, punctual, knowledgable and helpful. It’s refreshing to deal with someone that actually listens to your requirements and sources properties that suit, not just bombard you with irrelevant stock. Due to Natasha all my initial calls will be to Prospect and not competitors going forward.

GoogleWent on a couple of viewings with Natasha, was extremely lovely, punctual and knowledgable, she was really helpful and put myself and my partner in touch with a mortgage adviser. This was very valuable as first time buyers with limited understanding of the what to do. She was incredibly professional, easy to talk to and patient with us! Would happily work with her again!

GoogleI have been looking for a house which needs some TLC, and the staff at Castles have been great at understanding clearly what is being sought. The agent Natasha especially has been very proactive. At the viewing I was able to take my time and view the property in a relaxed manner. It was marvellous to be shown round by a professional who is both knowledgeable and discreet. Well done, Castles.

GoogleMet Zoe for a viewing this morning, great experience. Answered all questions and emailed straight after with extra details I asked for. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Very impressed especially after an abysmal experience with bridges being 20 minutes late.
