GoogleI should not give that one star itself and have got that much frustration with Prospect and their home. They haven't done any checks before handing over the home to me and it's been a week since I am struggling to get my issues sorted. Worst service by prospect and no one is responding promptly. I don't want to name people here and please check with other agencies for good home if you are looking for your family.

GoogleWe sold our property through Castles in Aldershot. They were everything you need from an estate agent. Estate Agents do not normally have a good reputation but this company do not fit that mould. They call when they say they will and update you regularly with how the sale is progressing. They return your calls promptly and are very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleWe thought it's a best estate agents in UK but after getting frustrated experience, we are thinking it's one of worst estate agents. Their poor service and maintenance problems before handing over keys to new tenants makes us very bad and we are suffering till now and it's been a week. You won't get proper response from anyone and they will simply tell apologies. Better choose another agency if you are looking for good and better homes.

GoogleFelt poorly treated today. Embarking on buying our first place, made to feel like we could not even secure a viewing without divulging information regarding deposit and financial situation apparently so that the sellers time isn't wasted, despite having a DIP for a mortgage and sharing our budget. Every other agent we have registered with has been satisfied with a DIP to commence viewings. Frankly, until we are in a position to make an offer to buy we shouldn't have to divulge more than that. Totally inflexible on this point, so we were unable to view the property. Seems like if you are a cash buyer or going in with a big deposit you are treated differently.

I am please to say that I have received the same excellent, helpful and professional service that has kept me with Prospect for so long. GoogleWe have had a great experience buying and selling through prospect. There have been some hurdles along the way but the prospect team were always extremely pro-active and responsive in their communication. Dan especially went above and beyond to secure us a buyer and ensure we didn't lose our purchase. He was supportive when it came to negotiations and provided realistic and honest advice. We had a great experience with Shaun also and Natasha who facilitated second and third visits to the property we were buying. A huge thank you to the prospect team for providing a real quality service!

GoogleNatasha helped us out with viewing a couple properties to buy, as an international property. She was very helpful and was very keen on getting us in touch with the right people in order to obtain an international mortgage. Natasha also matched our details with a couple other properties and booked in viewings on the same day which was really helpful and convenient! I would highly recommend these agents to anyone looking to find the right home.

GoogleWe were on the market for a while before switching to Castles, and they sold our flat within a month. They gave us handy hints to help sell the flat that we had not been made aware of before. They kept in contact with us as we worked out our next property, and remained polite and friendly throughout that process. When our first buyers dropped out of the sale, Dan, Ed and Melanie at Castles immediately snapped to action and worked incredibly hard. They put our flat straight back on the market, and rang around getting us five viewings in the next three days. We sold the flat again within a week of the previous buyers dropping out. I cannot thank the staff enough or say enough good things about them - they were supportive, friendly, reassuring, efficient, and did exactly what needed to be done to get us moving again. GoogleOur Estate Agent - Natasha Persaud-Williams - is by far the best we've encountered on our journey trying to find a perfect family home. She's extremely professional and passionate about her job and ensured she knew all the relevant information we needed beforehand, she answered all our questions on the spot and made us feel really confident in her ability as an Estate agent. We've had some awful agents in the past but Natasha has restored our faith, she's vibrant, friendly and really knows what she's talking about. Highly recommended!

GoogleWe have just had an offer accepted on a property that was up for sale with Castles. From the moment we declared our interest, we were booked in for a viewing the next day and now looking forward to being in our new home. Both Dan and Ed have been very helpful and even going the extra mile giving us some advice when we we selling our property although we were with different agents. Natasha, who showed us round the property was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful, she was able to answer most of the questions we had, which ultimately helped make our minds up. Fingers crossed everything runs smooth from here on.

She was friendly and had something positive to say about each room we viewed, and she showed a welcome readiness for questions - most of which she was able to answer on the spot, and those she didn't were provided to us the next day. This differs greatly from our experience with other agencies which seemingly lack this kind of commitment, so we were very grateful.

She showed us 2 different properties within half an hour, was so prepared for both of them and covered every single question we had. I wish all agents were as helpful as Natasha.
