The your move representative's were extremely helpful, very informative, I am very pleased with the service, if & when the time comes for myself to go forward with my plans I'm more than likely to request your move to do the job. Thank-you & kind regards Jackie Mcshannon

I have had to change my rating from a 5 star to a 3 star. The service has dropped significantly over the last 6 months or so. The local branch staff are excellent hence still 3 stars however, they are let down severely by the parent company Bathgate Lettings who deal with the maintenance of the property. They are failing both their landlords and tenants. The time has come to look for a new letting agent.

So pleased I called You Move - in less than 10 min phone call they gave me all of the info I needed and more, organised a mortgage advisor and found a property that sound perfect for my needs. Beth i think was the lady on the phone. Strongly recommend their services.

Siubhan has been great and her mum who was the person to show potential buyers around my property, answered all my queries with regards to selling my property and very professional at all times. When speaking to other members of the team they have also been very professional and gave information in a format you would understand no jargon. The media photos and advert at a very high standard and published on the major online housing sites. If you want a company to do it all, I would recommend Your Move.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Siubhan and the company did a fantastic job with our house sale, it was quick, efficient and very professional from the start. Siubhan talked us through the whole process which made it easier for us, as we had never sold a house before. Her help and support was invaluable to us and we could have never done this without her, nothing was ever too much trouble and she was always at the other end of the phone if we needed anything. If any of our friends or family are ever in need of an agent, we will be sure to send them your way. Thanks againPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We recently sold two properties in Dalkeith and luckily chose Your Move estate agents. Lisa, Callum, Andrea and Alistair were very excited by our properties and sold both within a week of going on the market. Nothing was too much trouble to them as we were clueless in how this process worked they were calm when we were anxious and indeed the after sales service is just as good as the selling which is a rare commodity in these times. So once again thanks you are a rare breed. Donald and Jane GreavesPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I researched 3 agents, they were all relatively similar on price. I found the YourMove agent the most informative and felt confident following my initial meeting with them. I choose YourMove and was not let down in the end, I had an offer for my property within 10 days of my initial call.
