I have recently purchased a flat which was advertised with Your Move. I spoke on the phone with Staci who couldn't have been more helpful. She arranged viewings and was able to answer any questions I had. Staci was also happy to contact the sellers when I wanted to make a verbal offer then got straight back to me with the reply.
