How quickly everything has been arranged from first meeting through brochure and final sale has been amazing. Within 1.5 day property being advertised to arranging viewings at the weekend and property being sold less than a week from advertising showing how proactive agency was in contacting potential buyers and arranging viewings at the time that was suitable for us. Always approachable and happy to help answer any questions you might have. GoogleWe have just completed the process of buying a house through Your Move in Dalgety Bay. From our first engagement with the company in The Bay we were very pleased with the knowledgeable and helpful staff. Scott helped us throughout the process from beginning to end. George helped us too when Scott was on leave and he was a wealth of knowledge and guided us in the right direction when we were a bit lost. There was also a lovely young lady (whose name escapes me now) who was always willing to help when we needed help. They were always on time and if something was said, it was done too and no follow up from us was ever required. As first time home buyers in the UK, we were very comfortable with the process with Right Move. I would recommend their service.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleSimply put, we could not have managed our move without huge effort from Paul and Carol at Your Move. Trying to engineer our move from Ireland to Scotland was a real challenge given the shortage of rental properties. On countless occasions, we were told that there were 40/50 applications for each property. Paul and Carol were the only agency to engage with us meaningfully, they had managed the process for us, kept in regular contact by phone and email, walked us through the parts of the process that we were unsure of. In short, they came to the rescue at a really stressful time. Happily, they secured a lovely place for myself, my partner, and the dog. I honestly could not recommend them enough. We were looking for a house in/around Dumfries for 6 months and no other Estate Agent contacted us throughout that time, except for Shannon. She was in regular contact, alerted us to property which she thought would be suitable, and when she finally found one that she thought was perfect had us in to view it almost immediately.
