GoogleThe staff at Your Move were wonderful and very supportive with our application for a letting property. We had been out the country for a number of years and as such had no UK references. GoogleWe try to buy properties had a really bad experience in 1 year 3 times First we had viewing of the property asked for home report been told will come via email nothing happened we had viewing of the property still no home report even after viewing the property it’s been 11 months no home report 2. Asked for view the property but no response 1 day then phoned back again no response then phoned back again said by staff sorry property sold but property was still on market? 3. Nith street we had viewing made up at 1pm there was no one at the property to show we were knocking door 🚪 nothing happened then we phoned your move to ask what’s going on She checked and said sorry property sold out So if is property sold then your responsibility to phone the clients to cancel the viewings rather than ignoring so what kind of customer service is that ? Are you running a estate agent’s or running a corner shop, ohh sorry products are sold out???

GoogleEmailed them with a query several days ago. They never bothered to reply. Hardly a professional service. An update a recently poor review. Since original posting, Chris the branch manager has contacted me, explained the delay and done all that he can to answer my query. I am more than happy to ammend my ratings and be much more positive about their service.

GoogleI recently let a place through Your Move, and the agency is the best I have yet dealt with. The staff are friendly and it was a pleasure dealing with them. Callum in particular is a star, a total professional, who was constant communication during some refurbishment prior to moving in, is always responsive to any enquiries, flexible, friendly, and knows exactly what is going on with the properties he is dealing with. Letting a place is always stressful, and the staff at Your Move (and Callum in particular) made it a pleasing and friendly experience. Easy 5 star review!

GoogleWe used Your Move for selling (Edinburgh) and purchasing (Livingston). Maya from the Edinburgh branch made the impossible, possible for us. Our offer was accepted for our dream house, therefore, we had to move very quickly with selling our flat. I first contacted Maya on Monday, the same week on Friday our flat was already on the market. Within 4 days she managed to meet me in person at my flat, arrange a home report and media package with a virtual tour, on Saturday we had our first viewing. We had several offers on the flat and we accepted the offer within 9 days from the day the flat was posted online. Maya was very professional, helpful, patient, and prompt with answering any queries, was very transparent about the cost and what was included within the price, so there was no surprise at the end. She made the overall experience very smooth and we cannot recommend her enough.
