GoogleGreat experience. The staff are very friendly, helpful and supportive. They were able to process our move quickly and took the stress out of the purchase. To top it off, they provided a lovely gift parcel to go with the keys. Really great service! GoogleI'm really glad I went to Your Move for help looking for a house. After some bad experiences elsewhere I found exactly what I was looking for, and Sophie was wonderful throughout the whole thing. There were a couple of blips along the way that were really upsetting, and despite how difficult it must have been for her, Sophie made sure to keep me updated and offered support at every turn. I really appreciated this as she did not need to be so kind, blips must happen all the time in this industry. I thought it was a really nice touch that they also give you a card and a little welcome box full of treats once you move into your house. Thank you all very much, I will never forget this experience that has improved my life so much after a difficult couple of years.

GoogleI have emailed (3x), called twice, visited the office (Sophie was “out”) and have been ignored/zero response when inquiring about a particular rental. I am astounded at the lack of any response whatsoever over the course of 3 weeks.
